Timothy Kreytak
Co-Founder / CEO / Principal Consultant
As a co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Managing Consultant, Tim Kreytak oversees the strategic direction of The Ironside Group. Behind Tim’s leadership Ironside has grown to it’s current position as a market leader in New England’s business intelligence community. He is directly responsible for managing executive level partnerships, and oversees the sales, finance, and HR functional area. Tim has been an active Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse Architect for over 14 years, and has specific expertise in large scale implementations as well as integrating IBM-Cognos in SAP environments. Tim holds a Bachelors in Computer Science from the University at Albany. He is an active member, and past board member of YEO/EO (Entrepreneurs Organization).
Daniel Hess
Co-Founder / President / Principal Consultant
Dan cofounded The Ironside Group in January 1999. He has helped to develop The Ironside Group from a niche market organization into the premier provider of Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing solutions in the Northeast. With 20 years of experience in the information management sector, Dan continues to apply his expertise to organizations ranging from the small market to Fortune 500 firms. With a background in several of the market leading Business Intelligence products, he is able to provide a unique perspective and complementary solution to any business challenge. Dan oversees the consulting and project management aspects of The Ironside Group handling both current and past client interactions and still very much enjoys being on-site at clients and assisting organizations realize the potential of Information Management. Born in Avon, CT, Dan attended Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA where he received his degree in Computer Engineering.
Ralph Baker
Vice President of Internal Training / Principal Consultant
Ralph Baker is the Vice President of Internal Training for the Ironside Group, and is responsible for growing the high level of expertise for which Ironside is known. Ralph also continues to serve clients, utilizing his extensive skills and over 20 years of Business Intelligence experience to develop analysis, reporting and business optimization solutions. He has worked in industries as diverse as health care, insurance, education, public sector, retail and defense. He is an IBM certified Business Intelligence Professional, and has worked continuously with IBM/Cognos software since 1985. Prior to joining Ironside Group in 2004, Ralph consulted in Northern California for 18 years, serving clients in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay area. Ralph graduated from Marquette University, majoring in Computational Mathematics and Political Science. He lives in the Boston area with his wife Victoria and two sons, and is an avid kayaker, bicyclist, and hockey fan.
