SCOPE REPORTING ENVIRONMENT
- Audit user and session activity to uncover patterns (e.g., few users/many runs v. many users/few runs)
- Inventory reports and objects to identify usage and value (e.g., how often objects are used in reports and which are likely low-to-no value reports)

IDENTIFY CLIENT NEEDS
- Flag reports/folders that must be kept
- Identify reporting requirements, e.g., governmental/ regulatory and high profile (C-Level)
- Consider needs for training, samples and templates
