IBM Cognos ICM: Building Reports
Course Overview
When companies decide to implement an incentive compensation management (ICM) system, they often see it as simply a way to automate and more easily control their variable compensation payments to sales reps. The truth, however, is that ICM systems are also a rich source of analytics information, and building effective ICM reports is an important point of focus.
Ironside’s 3-day IBM Cognos ICM: Building Reports course will give you the foundational knowledge necessary to start enhancing, customizing, and managing professional reports that leverage your ICM data. With this knowledge, you will be able to give both sales reps and managers more transparency into your organization’s ICM process.
