Course Overview
IBM SPSS Statistics provides users with a powerful platform from which they can easily leverage a comprehensive selection of statistical tools to control, analyze, and share their organization’s data. SPSS Statistics streamlines the data analysis and reporting process, allowing timely, effective, and scalable applications of statistical algorithms that generate actionable, interpretable insights into crucial information sources.

Course Outline
This two-day class is suited for managers, beginning statisticians and programmers, market research professionals, and other participants from any industry who are interested in understanding the basics of how to perform data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics and who want a solid introduction to the statistical capabilities of the program.
During the Introduction to SPSS Statistics class, students will dive into the different layers of SPSS Statistics software, prepare data sources and variables, perform basic analyses, and utilize statistical results.
Each topic will be highlighted with in-depth demos, Q&A sessions, and tips and techniques drawn from over 15 years of cross-industry experience.
Observations
The curriculum is based on the most recent version of IBM SPSS Statistics, and uses the sample data included with the product. For an even more enriching experience, we can customize course content to any customer’s environment, including but not limited to the tutorials and workshops.
All our instructors have over 15 years of real-world experience with SPSS Statistics, advanced statistical concepts, and predictive analytics in general.
Pre-Requisites
Experience using applications, such as word processors or spreadsheets, in a Windows, Macintosh, or Linux environment.
Some understanding of statistical concepts is beneficial but not necessary.
