IBM Cognos ICM: Standard Build Framework

Course Overview

There’s a huge amount of variety between the sales compensation environments in place at different companies, and that fact makes a lot of sense. After all, depending on your focus area and priorities, your comp goals could be wildly different even from a close competitor. This means you have a lot of options when designing a comp environment, but it can also make it difficult to know where to get started. Luckily, IBM Cognos ICM can help you know which direction to go in.

Ironside’s 5-day IBM Cognos ICM: Standard Build Framework course introduces you to the template that Cognos ICM gives you as a starting point for building a comp environment. This reusable, expandable foundation, called the Standard Build Framework, will make it simple for you to arrive at the incentive compensation models that best meet your needs. Through conceptual lectures, hands-on demos, and practical scenarios, this course will prepare you to use the Standard Build Framework and Base Model at your organization.
